A Note From The HOA Treasurer
2018 HOA Dues need to be paid.
2018 HOA Dues need to be paid.
Just as a reminder, the 2018 HOA dues need to be paid by January 1st, 2018. If there are delays in payment, this could result in late fees and/or possibility of having a lien placed on your property with additional cost to you. To avoid this, please do not delay in paying the HOA fees. Thank you.
How can you help as a resident? It is simple - follow the covenants and pay the annual HOA fees on time. That's it. This will save the HOA monies of not being used to send letters, place liens, etc.. We as a HOA understand that life happens to everyone. We try to keep things looking good, help with issues when we can, make sure the street lights stay on, and work with residents during difficult times. The HOA is not perfect and we try our best to keep Hopkins Farm HOA sub-division looking good and make it a great place to live. We are here to help you as a resident if we can. We are a volunteer staff and we receive no special treatments. We pay and you pay. Our motive is to make our neighborhood a great place to live in. Lastly, please communicate with us. We don't know if you don't let us know. We make ourselves available and try to help when we can. Please understand, we have limits to how we can help. The covenants and the Georgia state law dictate that.
Let me end with this quote that we hope will encourage every resident:
Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is a progress; working together is success. Quoted by: Henry Ford
Let's be a successful sub-division!
